Ray began in the insurance business in 2001 working for a carrier and building one of the highest producing teams in the US. He then decided to concentrate on helping local small business owners compete with larger companies to recruit and retain the best employees.
He has completed the Certified Agent Training for Covered CA and has earned the designation of Certified Insurance Professional award for completing training specifically on health insurance.
Ray is also known as Facebook Ray because he was an early user of Social Media and has helped many people increase their presence on Facebook and other social media sites.
In his spare time, he devotes much of time to local Rotary club & district projects and believes in Rotary Motto "Service above Self".
