Rotary Ray has been discussing and working with Rotary clubs for many years to help them improve their clubs. He would like to now discuss the information that he has learned during this process with other clubs and districts that want to succeed.

For these reasons, Ray has created resources for Rotary and other non-profits to help them strengthen their clubs so that they can do more in their community.

Ray has created these sites to review some of his ideas and processes using short videos:

Each site will have the same short videos that you can watch and decide what tools will work for your club or district. 

Remember these videos have ideas and concepts that can be implemented into any club if you feel that it fits your culture. On the other hand, does your club need to change its outlook? It is up to your leadership to decide.

Ray is also an available speaker for club meetings and district training.
